Here are the top stories today in Cincinnati:

  1. Residents of Enslin Street are still shaken by last week's discovery of a woman's body wrapped in plastic lying on the sidewalk. Neighbors are concerned that the area where 45-year-old Carrie Graf's body was found is attracting crime because of the growing number of neglected and overgrown properties. The CUF Neighborhood Association said property maintenance issues and blight continue to plague local neighborhoods with "little action from the city." (WLWT Cincinnati)
  2. The Greater Cincinnati Holiday Market brings upwards of 300 vendors to the Duke Energy Convention Center for a weekend of shopping. Last year, the event went digital due to COVID. But the market is back, in-person, this year from Nov. 12 to 14. (Cincinnati CityBeat)
  3. A Cincinnati handyman was shot and killed while helping someone in need, and his family is still in shock. After searching for Antwan Morris, 34, all day on Sunday, the family received a call that he was shot at a woman's residence earlier that day and was transported to the hospital. Morris was helping the woman change her locks after an altercation with Arthur Smith, who returned to the residence and shot Morris in the stomach. He died of his injuries on Wednesday.
