There's a reason a cold, golden Pilsner just feels like summer — and this July, we're celebrating it all month long.
"PILS" — our Bohemian-style Pilsner — pours a brilliant gold with a beautifully balanced malt character that's lightly sweet, biscuity, and bready, then finished clean and bright with noble hops. At 5.4% ABV and 36 IBUs, it's exactly the kind of pint you nurse on a warm evening when the conversation is good and the night is long.

🍍 Sweet Hawaiian Dunkel Burger
Grilled and stacked with provolone, warmed Black Forest ham, and diced pineapple — finished with our house-made Dunkel glaze and sweet Dunkel mayo on a toasted brioche bun. Rich, tropical, and unapologetically indulgent. The Pils cuts right through it.
🌶️ Jalapeño Pimento & Bacon Burger
Grilled and loaded with rich melted pimento cheese, two strips of crispy bacon, and chipotle mayo — crowned with a whole roasted jalapeño on a toasted brioche bun. Bold heat, smoky depth, and a Pilsner that keeps you cool.
Both served with fries. Both made for a stein of something golden.

We're kicking off July with some very special guests — the team from Cincinnati Children's Canine Comfort Facility Dog Program is joining us in the Haus to help tap the keg and launch our Pretzels for Pups fundraiser.
