10-week curriculum structured to mirror the Cincinnati Police Academy. In addition to taking classes resume writing, finance, police ethics, policies and procedures, the youth work alongside police officers during community service and community ambassador projects. This program not only exposes these youth employees to careers in law enforcement, it also equips them with the ability to have an informed conversation about policing.
