🌱 Cincinnati Gas Prices Plummet + Lost Woman Returned Home Safely

Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati:
- Good news for car drivers in Cincinnati! For the tenth week in a row, gas prices have continued to plummet in Cincinnati, and across much of the nation. In Cincinnati, the average gasoline prices fell 11.1 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.82 on Monday, according to GasBuddy's survey. "While some areas saw gas prices rise slightly last week, the national average saw yet another weekly decline, extending the streak to ten straight weeks," said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy. - An opening date has been set for Chef Jose Salazar and Roots Coffee's New York-style bodega. The grand opening for the "slightly elevated" version of a bodega will be on Sep. 3. According to an Instagram post, the grocer, coffee shop, and deli will be hosting a soft opening starting today, Aug. 23. (Cincinnati CityBeat)
- Cincinnati police located a lost woman's family. According to a Metro driver, the woman got on the bus near Reading Road and Forest Avenue in Avondale, but couldn't remember where she lived. Police were able to make contact with her family to help her get home safely. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
