Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati:
- The Cincinnati Police Department is investigating a crash allegedly caused by a 79-year-old man. The incident took place on Mitchell Avenue between a Honda Civic and a van driven by a 79-year-old man. One of the passengers in the Honda Civic has been declared dead and the driver is in the hospital with serious injuries. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
- Annie Rose, a Cincinnati therapy dog, is a finalist in the Cadbury bunny contest. The 3-year-old Goldendoodle currently visits Cincinnati nursing homes while performing therapy work with the residents. Annie Rose will also receive a $5,000 cash price if she is chosen as the iconic Cadbury bunny. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- Cincinnati turns orange while celebrating International Women's Day. The Fountain Square, Cincinnati Museum Center, NKU, TQL Stadium, and various other Cincinnati landmarks will feature orange lighting to celebrate. The Cincinnati Chapter YWCA Vice President of Development thinks that raising awareness on issues that women face in Cincinnati can make a global impact over time. (WLWT Cincinnati)
