Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati:
- Former Cincinnati mayor and democrat candidate for governor John Cranley announced that he will be rejoining the Cincinnati law firm Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL. Cranley said that he is thrilled to be returning to KMK Law. Cranley practiced at KMK Law between 2009 and 2013. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- On Monday, the average price of a gallon of gas in Cincinnati rose to a record high of $4.83 at stations throughout the city, a rise of nearly 40 cents in the last week. Some stations are charging over $5.00 per gallon for regular gas. A GasBuddy survey of over 637 gas stations recorded prices as high as $5.19 at BP and $5.08 at Shell. (FOX19)
- Members of the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens can now watch Fiona the Hippo, Bibi, and the rest of the family floating around every day with their new virtual live stream membership. The $25 per year membership includes the live hippo feed, videos, discounts to the zoo's online store, and insider news. Cincinnati Zoo director Thane Maynard said that members might see a live feed of Bibi's newest addition due later this summer. (FOX19)
