- The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati will be performing The Wiz Jr. Apr. 2 through Apr. 11 at the Taft Theatre. Director Zhailon Levingston and choreographer Tislarm Bouie have worked together to create a one-of-a-kind show. The production fuses rock, gospel, and soul music together to form a vibrant rendition of the Land of Oz. (Cincinnati Refined)
- Kristian Hemmitt, 27, has been arrested for allegedly grabbing the hair of a 1-year-old child at a Cincinnati daycare facility. According to court documents, Hemmitt is being charged with felonious assault, endangering children, and tampering with evidence after being caught on camera assaulting the child. The parents are not accusing Small Kids Adventures of any wrongdoing. (WLWT Cincinnati)
