- Parents are stepping up to help in next-level vaccine trials at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. The Moderna vaccine is now being tested in the youngest age group yet, looking specifically at those as young as 6 months old. At the minimum, children enrolled in the trial will be followed for the next two years. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
- Five suspected human trafficking victims were identified last week after two massage parlors were raided in Greater Cincinnati. Agencies raided two parlors, one in West Chester and one in Chillicothe, after getting tips over the summer about illegal activity connection the two. All five suspected victims were offered medical attention and access to other resources. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- A 9-year-old girl on her way to school was struck and injured in Pleasant Ridge early Wednesday. A crossing guard was crossing the street with a girl who attends Nativity School; the driver made an illegal U-turn, striking the child. The girl suffered non-life-threatening injuries. (WXIX)
