Here are the top three stories today in Cincinnati:

  1. 33-year-old Timothy Noble was arrested in a counterfeiting case involving movie prop money. The Cincinnati man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly altering the fake money to make it look legitimate and then exchanging the cash for an iPad. At the time of his arrest, Noble was in possession of $26,070 in prop money with nearly $1,000 already altered. (FOX19)
  2. A local family filed a lawsuit against St. James Elementary and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, claiming that the school neglected to protect their 12-year-old child against sexual predators that gained access to the student through the school-issued laptop. Austin LiPuma, the attorney representing the former student's family, said that the child was "targeted and groomed for months by pedophiles through St. James's unmonitored and unchecked Chromebook." LiPuma also added that the school did not notify the parents of the situation. (FOX19)
