🌱 Man Dies In Crash In Northside + Pastor Fights Against Gun Violence

Here are the top three stories in Cincinnati today:
- Officers responded to a fatal traffic crash at 4415 Colerain Avenue in Northside on Sunday evening that left one person dead and three others injured, said Cincinnati police. The driver, Jordan Akel, and three passengers were reportedly not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. According to reports, Akel lost control of his 1998 BMW and struck a utility pole. (The Cincinnati Enquirer)
- Pastor Tonya Sanderson has emerged as a new advocate standing up against gun violence in Cincinnati. "I'm not just here for a season, I'm here for a reason that's the difference," said Sanderson. Three weeks ago Sanderson participated in a Stop the Violence march, walking the same streets where two shooting happened on Thursday. (WLWT Cincinnati)
- A man was shot and killed in Westwood Sunday night, said Cincinnati Police. Officers responded to the area of Harrison Avenue and Werk Road around 10:00 p.m. for a report of a person shot. Police located the victim and Cincinnati Fire Department crews determined that the man had died. (FOX19)
