- MeAnna Vice, a former Cincinnati Animal CARE employee, turned herself in to police on Monday on a theft charge. Investigators believe Vice stole hundreds of dollars from Nick Nunlist when she pretended to pick up Nunlist's dog to take him to a rescue. Vice charged Nunlist $350 in fees but instead took the animal to a shelter. (FOX19)
- Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval made Gold House's 2022 A100 List which honors the 100 Asians and Pacific Islanders who had the most impact on culture and society over the past year. Mayor Pureval was listed as an A1, which highlights those individuals who made a major impact in their respective fields or industries. Pureval was noted for his activism, advocacy, and policy work. - Parents in the Forest Hills School District want to know why the school board canceled the district's Diversity Day which was scheduled for May 18. Board members voted 4-0 to prohibit the event, which has been held for six years, from happening during school hours or with taxpayer funds. This is the second time the event was canceled.
