   Police said Dwight McMeans, 14, was last seen on Sunday leaving the Lighthouse facility on Jefferson Avenue. Advertisement He is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. (WLWT Cincinnati)
2. The first of three public meetings about a new community engagement plan for the Cincinnati government is Tuesday night in Bond Hill. City Council passed an ordinance in September asking the city manager to develop the new policy. It was based on a motion passed six years ago that was never implemented. (WVXU)
