  2. A Cincinnati man has been sentenced to 23 years in prison after raping four women in the 1990s. Stoney Brown, 63, who targeted University of Cincinnati women, accepted a plea deal Monday and pleaded guilty to all four counts of rape. In exchange, 15 other felonies were dismissed. (10TV)
