  1. The iconic Roebling Bridge will remain closed through the remainder of 2021, transportation officials announced Friday. The bridge, which connects Cincinnati to Covington, Kentucky, will be closed to vehicular traffic at least through January 1 to allow more time for repairs. The repairs are needed to preserve the iconic landmark, officials say. (WLWT Cincinnati)
  2. The University of Cincinnati will soon be looking for a new chief of police. James Whalen, UC's director of public safety and chief of police, will retire from the university in early 2022. UC President Neville Pinto announced the news in a message Friday. (WCPO)
  3. Cincinnati officials are looking for family or friends of three people who died in the city in September and whose bodies have not been claimed.(The Cincinnati Enquirer)
