Here are the top stories today in Cincinnati:

1. A Delhi Middle School teacher has been arrested on child pornography charges, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Investigators began searching the internet activities of Alan Greeb, 47, after receiving multiple tips and arrested him on Wednesday. He's being charged with two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and pandering obscenity with a minor. Greeb is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. 2. Cincinnati Police Chief Eliot Isaac presented new data on rising homicide rates to Cincinnati City Council on Tuesday morning. The data shows crime in Cincinnati is down overall this year compared to 2020, but the homicide rate is up. All of 2020 saw 74 homicides, while 2021 has seen 66 so far this year. There have been seven homicides so far in September. Three additional deaths are pending a ruling on the cause of death. (thecincinnatiherald.com)
3. A performance review of Cincinnati City Manager Paula Boggs Muething is underway. It's the first time the review process is being used since council updated it two years ago. (WVXU)
