Here are the top stories in Cincinnati today:
- WKRC-TV, WSTR-TV and Cincinnati's CW continue to deal for a second week with the paralyzing hack of Sinclair Broadcast Group's corporate computer servers. Bloomberg attributed the hack to one of the most infamous Russian cybergangs, called Evil Corp. Sinclair, based in suburban Baltimore, has said that "certain servers and workstations in its environment were encrypted with ransomware, and that certain office and operational networks were disrupted. Data also was taken from the company's network." (WVXU)
- A Frost Advisory has been issued for Wednesday morning in the Tri-State. Overnight, look for pockets of frost to develop especially in valleys. Low temperatures in most areas will be in the 35º to 39º range with some valleys dipping briefly to just below freezing. (WXIX)
- The Cincinnati City Council will vote on Wednesday on banning the mayor and other government members from asking developers for contributions — sometimes. (Cincinnati Business Courier)
- Cincinnati's American Legacy Theatre aims to tackle social issues through performances. (Cincinnati CityBeat)
- Cincinnati City Council committee addresses pedestrian safety on Hamilton Avenue. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
