A local teacher is hoping to help her students confront mental and emotional challenges they're facing during the pandemic through an online treasure trove of resources.
Lindsey Nieberding is an intervention specialist at Westwood Elementary in the Cincinnati Public School system. She created what she calls the "Virtual Calm Down Space" website to help her students.

"There's a general sense of anxiety and fear and unknown so I thought, my whole classroom has visuals and we listen to the same kind of calming music every day so why not give them the opportunity to use that stuff at home in a way that maybe they can access even from just a phone," Nieberding said.
She compiled resources she found online and some she uses into her curriculum into one space.
