$1.2 Million Donation Given To Cleveland State University
The money will be used to bolster the university's real estate and property management programs.

CLEVELAND — Cleveland State University's real estate and property management program received a $1.2 million donation this week. The funds will be used to create the NRP & Millenia Center for Property Management withing the university's Monte Ahuja College of Business.
"The creation of The NRP & Millennia Center for Property Management is an example of the types of public-private partnerships that can help grow this region," said Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson. "I commend all of the parties for their commitment to quality education, experiential learning and community engagement."
The donation comes from the NRP Group and the Millenia Companies. The new center, named for the donating companies, will house the real estate and property management programs at Cleveland State University.

The newly-created center will feature an internship program and applied research initiative, both designed to meet the needs of real estate and property management firms. There will also be a scholarship program for prospective students.
The Millenia Companies are led by CEO Frank Sinito, a Cleveland State University alumnus.

"The NRP & Millennia Center for Property Management will equip students with the skills necessary to excel in the industry; having earned a degree from CSU and engaged with student externs at Millennia, the opportunity to develop this program in partnership with my alma mater is a special honor," said Mr. Sinito. "Furthermore, this initiative embodies Millennia's commitment to investing in Cleveland and Clevelanders.
