12-Year-Old Missing In Cleveland

The boy ran away from his home when his mother tried to discipline him.

CLEVELAND, OH — Jermiah Watkins, 12, has gone missing in Cleveland, police said. The boy was last seen Thursday at about 6:30 p.m. at his home in the 14200 block of Darley Ave.

Watkins is a black male. He stands about five foot two inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. His hair is pulled into a ponytail and he has brown eyes.

His mother said that Watkins was in trouble at school and ran out of the house when she tried to discipline him. He was last seen wearing his East Academy school uniform, consisting of blue pants and a yellow shirt. He has earrings in both ears.
