Shaker High Grad Killed In Cleveland On Sunday
Police said the teenager was shot to death in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood on Sunday afternoon.

CLEVELAND - A 19-year-old was shot to death on Sunday afternoon near Shaker Square.
According to Cleveland police, officers were called to South Moreland Boulevard at 1:50 p.m. for reports of a wounded man. Cleveland Fire and EMS treated the man and rushed him to University Hospitals where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators believe the 19-year-old was shot in the head and then dragged by a car. No arrests have yet been made in this case. No other details were released by police.

On Monday morning, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified the 19-year-old as Ramses Hurley. Hurley was a 2018 graduate of Shaker Heights High School.
"The Shaker Heights Schools family is saddened to learn of the death of Shaker Heights High School graduate Ramses Hurley, ’18. Ramses was an apparent victim of homicide today in Cleveland," the school district said on Facebook.

Counseling services will be made available to students through Shaker Heights High School. Students should call 216-295-4200 to scheduled an appointment.
