2 Cleveland Browns Up For Rookie Of The Year
Baker Mayfield and Nick Chubb are both candidates for the award.

CLEVELAND — There are five nominees for the NFL's Rookie of the Year award this year — and two of the candidates are Cleveland Browns. Quarterback Baker Mayfield and running back Nick Chubb are both up for the award.
For Browns fans, the nominations are no surprise. Mayfield was the No. 1 overall pick in the draft and had a season for the record books. He tossed 27 touchdowns, a rookie record, and threw for 3,725 yards (the sixth most in Browns history).
Baker was named Rookie of the Week seven times during the season. In Cleveland, the first-year starter has already become a folk hero.

Chubb's story is no less impressive. He didn't take over as starter until Week 7, but still rushed for 996 yards, a Browns rookie record. He had 1,145 yards from scrimmage and 10 touchdowns, to go along with two Rookie of the Week awards. Chubb also had the longest run in Browns history with a 92-yard touchdown run against Atlanta.
