2 Found Dead In Cleveland Home, Possible Murder-Suicide

Neighbors said there was a foul smell coming from the house, so they called police and asked them to check on the residents.

CLEVELAND — Two people were found dead inside a W. 112th Street home on Thursday morning, Cleveland Police said. Investigators believe this could be a murder-suicide.

Officers were called to the home at 10 a.m. Thursday after neighbors complained about a foul smell emanating from the house. Police responded and had to climb into the home through a window.

Police searched the home and found a 36-year-old woman in the basement. She was "obviously deceased" according to police.
