1. Two people were taken to the hospital early Wednesday morning following a crash involving a Cleveland police car. EMS crews tell 3News they responded to East 40th Street and Cedar Avenue in response to the two-vehicle accident. They said a 33-year-old woman was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center and a 30-year-old woman was taken to Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital. (WKYC.com)
2. Earlier this year, the Cleveland Indians announced they would officially change their team name to the Cleveland Guardians. Shortly thereafter, the team hit a snag. The name — Cleveland Guardians — was already in use. A men's roller derby team had already been dubbed the Cleveland Guardians. (Cleveland Patch)
3. A driver was injured earlier this week after debris fell from a Cleveland overpass through a school bus windshield. (Cleveland 19 News)
4. A jury overturned a 45-year-old conviction based on withheld evidence at the retrial of Isaiah Andrews, who had previously been convicted of his wife's 1974 killing in Cleveland. (cleveland.com)
