Safety Tips
Safe Kids Worldwide provided a list of safety guidelines for parents and children to follow this Halloween.
- Cross streets at corners. Don't just bolt across an intersection.
- Look both ways before crossing
- Carry a glow stick to help drivers see you in the dark.
- Have kids put their electronic devices away.
- Make sure costumes fit appropriately to prevent falls and tripping.
- Whenever possible, go with face paint instead of masks. Masks can obscure a child's vision.
