22-Year-Old Shot To Death Outside Gas Station In Cleveland
Police said the man was in a fist fight with another person when a gun was pulled.

CLEVELAND — One man is dead and another wounded after a fight outside of a gas station on Kinsman Road, Cleveland police announced. Investigators are still determining what prompted the scuffle.
At 10 a.m. on Monday, officers were called to the gas station after callers said a man had been shot. When police arrived, they found one man lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS.
A second man was found in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to University Hospital where he remains confined. Cleveland police have a detail with the man, according to a department spokesperson.

Officers learned that the two men had gotten into a fight outside the gas station. The two were fist fighting when one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the other. The gun then fell to the ground, the wounded man grabbed the weapon and fired multiple times, killing the other man, Cleveland police said.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has been asked to investigate the deaths.
