23-Year-Old Cleveland Woman Shot in Arm When Man Refuses to Leave Her Home

CLEVELAND, OH - A 23-year-old woman was shot in the arm after she got into an argument with a man on Jan. 8. The incident took place at a Warren Road apartment.

The woman told police that she was trying to get a man to leave her apartment. The man was refusing, so the woman got a handgun and pointed it at the man and told him to leave. The man snatched the gun out of her hand, pistol whipped her, and then shot her in the arm.

The man then fled the residence. The woman was taken to a nearby hospital. She refused to give police any pertinent information on the man's identity. Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.
