24-Year-Old Shot To Death In Middle Of Cleveland Street
Investigators believe a 24-year-old was shot to death in broad daylight on W. 32nd Street.

CLEVELAND — A 24-year-old was shot and killed on Monday afternoon, police announced. A witness saw one suspect drive away from the killing in a dark SUV.
At 1:15 p.m., police were called to W. 32nd Street for reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they found a 24-year-old in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. EMS pronounced the man dead on the scene.
Witnesses told police the 24-year-old had been speaking to a man in the street when gunshots were heard. The unidentified man then ran to a dark colored SUV, got into the front passenger seat, and the SUV sped away.

Members of the Cleveland police homicide unit, the Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office were all called to the scene. The matter remains under investigation, police said.
