27-Year-Old Found Dead In Car In Cleveland

Police said the man had been shot in his chest and body.

CLEVELAND — A 27-year-old man was found shot to death inside a car in Cleveland on Thursday night, police announced.

Gunshots were heard near the Woodhill Homes on Baldwin Road. When officers arrived, they found the 27-year-old inside the car. He had been shot in chest and body, police said.

Police gave the man first aid until EMS arrived. The man was taken to University Hospitals, where he was pronounced dead by doctors.

Investigators believe the 27-year-old got into an argument with another man. The other man pulled out a gun and shot the 27-year-old multiple times, police said. The shooter was seen walking towards Woodland Avenue, police said.

No arrests have yet been made. Members of the Cleveland police homicide unit are participating in the investigation.
