4 Inches Of Snow Possible Friday In Northeast Ohio

Snow showers will continue throughout Friday and overnight. Forecasts say up to 4 inches of snow could fall during that time.

CLEVELAND — Up to 4 inches of snow could fall in Northeast Ohio on Friday. Another inch of snow is possible overnight, the National Weather Service warned.

In a winter weather advisory, the agency said 4 inches of snow could fall in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties on Friday. That snowfall could make both the morning and evening commutes hazardous.

Drivers are being asked to use caution when heading onto roadways on Friday. With ice already lurking beneath the snow, conditions are fraught for most travelers.
