Missing 5-Year-Old Cleveland Girl Found
The girl was last seen on Sunday around 4 p.m. She was located Monday morning.

CLEVELAND, OH - Police have found a missing 5-year-old Cleveland girl. Rihanna L. Todd was last seen at 4 p.m. on Sunday. She was located Monday morning.
Todd has asthma and lives near E. 142nd Street. The girl was with her baby sitter at the time of the disappearance and police say the girl was found with her babysitter.
Police arrested Todd's babysitter, Barbara Whitlow, at the scene, but said Whitlow had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Officers are still investigating Todd's disappearance.

Todd was last seen wearing a white shirt, a purple tinkerbell tutu, jean shorts, and pink and white shoes. She was riding a bike at that time.
Todd lives with her mother, Leana on E. 142nd.
