6 Shootings In 12 Hours In Cleveland
One of the victims was a teenage boy that was shot in the chest and forearm, police said.

CLEVELAND, OH — Six shootings took place in Cleveland between about 3 p.m. on Monday and 1 a.m. Tuesday, police said. One of the victims was a teenage boy that was shot twice, once in the chest and once in the forearm.
Details on all of the shootings are scarce as police continue to investigate each incident. The first shooting happened at about 2:50 p.m. Monday. A 17-year-old was shot twice and taken to a local hospital. Police said they don't yet know where the shooting took place.
The second shooting happened at approximately 4 p.m. on East 113th Street. Callers reported two men shooting at each other from different cars. One of the men was grazed by a bullet, above his right eye, and was taken to MetroHealth.

At about 8:30 p.m. three women were rushed to University Hospital. One of the women had possibly suffered a cut on her lower back because of a bullet piercing her car's side door and grazing her. A second woman in the car had suffered small cuts on her face due to glass shattering. A third woman was having a panic attack.
Three shootings happened in rapid succession as Monday night came to a close. At 11:40 p.m. a 23-year-old was shot in the foot while in the area of East 35th Street and Longwood. Police also found bullet holes in several nearby vehicles.

Then at 11:54 p.m., a 25-year-old was shot in the arm while in the area of East 140th and St. Clair. He was taken to the Cleveland Clinic Emergency Room.
Tuesday's first shooting incident happened a little before 1 a.m. on Euclid Avenue. A 35-year-old was shot in the abdomen and taken to University Hospitals.
Police are investigating each of these incidents. Patch will update this story as more information becomes available.
