Up To 9 Inches Of Snow Could Hit Parts Of Ohio Saturday
If that's not enough, an Arctic blast will blow into the region and could cause wind chills of -25 degrees.

A powerful winter storm will hit much of Ohio on Saturday, bringing up to 9 inches of snow and wind chill temperatures of -25 degrees to parts of the state. The pummeling weather will continue throughout much of the weekend.
The track of the storm could still change, so it's difficult to say which parts of the state could be hit hardest on Saturday.
"At this time, six inches or more of snow accumulation look likely along and east of a line from Upper Sandusky to Lorain. Strong winds gusting to between 30 and 40 mph are also expected and will contribute to areas of blowing and drifting snow, especially near Lake Erie," the National Weather Service said.

Current forecasts show Cleveland being hit with between 5 inches and 9 inches on Saturday. Lake effect snow will prolong the storm for some Ohioans, as additional snowfall could fall throughout Sunday and into Monday.
The storm is being accompanied by an Arctic blast which will plunge temperatures into the teens and single digits. "Potential wind chills could drop to -10 to -25 degrees Sunday night into Monday morning," the National Weather Service warned.

The weekend storm will be prefaced by a lighter dusting of snow on Thursday and Friday. About 2 inches of snow is expect, at most, by the end of the work week.
After the storm hits on Saturday, there should be a brief interlude of snowless-ness. Sunday should see snow showers re-start after 12 p.m. and the flakes will keep falling through the evening and into Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The snow should stop by noon on Monday.
The National Weather Service posted a series of tips to help residents prepare for the winter storm. That guide has been shared on the NWS website.
