Administrator of Child Pornography Ring Pleads Guilty

CLEVELAND, OH - A 34-year-old Cleveland man has plead guilty for serving as administrator of an online group that shared images of toddlers being raped and sexually assaulted. The man could serve up to 15 years in prison for his crimes.

Brian Keeling was arrested the US Department of Homeland Security and Homeland Security Investigations. Law enforcement says they raided Keeling's house at 3438 West 59th Street. Agents found more than 30 movie files and hundreds of images of toddlers being raped and sexually assaulted.

Keeling also served as administrator for a group on Kik named “Toddlers” that shared images and videos of young children being raped and sexually assaulted, according to court documents. There were about 50 members in the group.

Keeling will be sentenced on May 26. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of advertising, receiving, distributing and possessing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
