America's Top Coaster: 3 Cedar Point Rides Contending

You can help one of the park's three nominated coasters claim the title of nation's Top Coaster.

SANDUSKY, OH — The Maverick, Millennium Force and Steel Vengeance have all been named to the list of the 20 best roller coasters in America. Only one of them can claim the title of best in the nation, though. And voters will help pick the winner.

The coasters were selected as three of the best 20 coasters by a panel of theme park experts for this year's USA Today's Reader Choice Awards. People can vote daily on their favorite coaster until voting ends June 11 at noon.

As of early Wednesday afternoon, Kennywood's Phantom's Revenge is leading voting. That seems unacceptable. Here are the candidates from Cedar Point.
