Additional ramp closure as Cleveland construction continues into the fall (fox8.com) β Drivers around downtown Cleveland face years of construction as ODOT's $328 million central interchange rebuild continues, including a Sept. 8 closure of the I-90 eastbound exit to West Boulevard. Officials urge commuters to leave earlier, expect slowdowns, and check ohgo.com as key ramps to East 14th, East 22nd and East 9th remain closed into fall and beyond.

Heat advisory issued for Northeast Ohio (cleveland.com) β Cleveland and the rest of Northeast Ohio are under a heat advisory from 2 p.m. today through 8 p.m. Wednesday, with heat index values near or above 100 degrees. Residents are urged to limit midday activity, wear light clothing, watch for signs of heat exhaustion or heat stroke, and seek medical help if symptoms don't improve after cooling down and hydrating.
