Asian Restaurant Planning First Expansion In Cleveland
The Balance Pan-Asian Grille will open its first non-Toledo location at the developing Beacon complex on Euclid Avenue.

CLEVELAND — Balance Pan-Asian Grille will open its first Cleveland restaurant in November, at the high-rise residential project The Beacon. The Toledo-based restaurant is making its first expansion outside of its home market.
“Balance Pan-Asian Grille is a fantastic addition to downtown Cleveland and the residents of the soon to be open high-rise apartment project, The Beacon, in the heart of the business district,” said Bob Stark, CEO of Stark Enterprises, the company overseeing The Beacon. “Their commitment to customers and local organizations is a wonderful example of how successful businesses should be run today.”
The co-founder and head chef of Balance Pan-Asian Grille, HoChan Jang, was excited by Cleveland's "incredibly food-centric" reputation. The restaurant is committed to fresh and local food and uses specially designed grills to show customers the food being prepared in front of them.

Jang believes that a healthy diet starts with this type of meal-based transparency. Diners have a right to know where their food comes from and how it's being made.
The restaurant's grand opening will be in November, but there will special "preview" nights throughout the fall, highlighting the soon-to-open space.

The building will house 187 units, and will include a private parking garage, a dog park, a concierge service, state-of-the-art fitness center and more. The Beacon, located at 515 Euclid Avenue, will open in May 2019, Stark Enterprises said.
