Bank Robbed In Cleveland, FBI Asks Public For Help

Investigators are hoping the public can identify a suspected bank robber.

CLEVELAND — The Dollar Bank on Fulton Road in Cleveland was robbed on Friday. Now, the FBI is asking the public for help identifying the robber.

A 2 p.m., a man walked into the bank at 4140 Fulton. He approached several employees and told the he was robbing the bank. He suggested he had a weapon in his pocket.

Bank employees gave the man cash and he ran out of the bank. He was last seen crossing Fulton and running behind the Ella M. Estabrook Recreation Center.

The robber was 6 feet tall, had a slim build and short brown hair and patchy facial hair. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown shoes. Photos of the suspect are above this article.
