Bank Robbed In Parma, FBI Wants Help Finding Suspect

Do you recognize the man in the photo? The FBI needs help identifying and locating the man.

PARMA, OH — The Citizens Bank on York Road in Parma was robbed Wednesday morning. The FBI is now asking the public for help in finding the lone suspect.

At about 9:30 a.m., a white man in his late 40s or early 50s walked into the Citizens Bank at 7360 York. He handed a note to one of the tellers, demanding money and saying he had a gun. The teller handed over the cash.

The man then ran out of the bank and went north. No one was hurt in the incident. The FBI does not know if the man got into a vehicle or not.

The suspect is a white man, with blonde facial hair, weighing about 200 pounds and standing six foot five. He looks to be in his late 40s or early 50s, the FBI said. He was wearing a tan Carhartt coat, dark pants and a dark hat. Images of the suspect are above this article.

Tips can be provided to the Cleveland FBI at 216-522-1400 or the Parma Police Department at 440-885-1234. Anonymous tips can be provided, reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual responsible.
