Bill Gates To Give Speech To Education Conference In Cleveland
The co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will speak at the 61st Annual Conference of The Council of the Great City Schools.

CLEVELAND, OH — Bill Gates, the world famous founder of Microsoft and co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation, will be speaking Thursday in Cleveland. Gates is set to address the 61st Annual Conference of The Council of the Great City Schools. The event is being held at the Hilton Cleveland downtown.
The conference brings together superintendents, senior officials, college deans and school district board members from big city school districts across the nation. The attendees can then share best practices, discuss pressing issues and set a course forward for the U.S.'s urban public schools.
The event is being hosted by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and will feature a star-studded lineup of speakers, including Gates, actress Rosario Dawson and CNN commentator Van Jones.
