1. Members of the Coast Guard pulled a body out of the Cuyahoga River on Monday morning. A person spotted the body near the W. 3rd Street Bridge and called 911. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause of death. (Cleveland 19 News)
2. A 19-year-old Cleveland man is wanted for allegedly shooting a man in the chest near a home in the 16300 block of Lorain Avenue in Cleveland. Elvis Rodriguez is wanted for felonious assault by the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority. Rodriguez is considered armed and dangerous. (News 5 Cleveland)
3. The Cleveland Clinic has changed its visitation policy due to the continued spread of COVID-19. (Cleveland Patch)
4. The Sept. 14 mayoral primary in Cleveland will be the first in 20 years with no incumbent. (Ballotpedia News)
