Chance the Rapper Announces Cleveland Concert

CLEVELAND, OH - Northeast Ohio is going to have a great summer of concerts. U2, Lady Gaga, Green Day, and Billy Joel have all announced they're bringing their musical styling to the region. Now, Grammy-winning Chance the Rapper will grace Ohioans with a stop during his Spring 2017 tour.

His concert will be held at Blossom Music Center on May 19. Tickets for the concert go on sale Feb. 14 at 7 p.m.

At this year's Grammy's, Chance took home three awards including Best New Artists and Best Rap Album, for his release Coloring Book. His awards mark a major potential turning point for the music industry as a whole.

Chance is a streaming only artists. He gives his music away for free on a variety of outlets and has built his reputation on letting his "shooters come for free" (as he said on his hit "No Problem"). Now, Northeast Ohioans can help support Chance by paying for a ticket to his concert.

Chance's Grammy win also caps a run of mainstream success. He recently played Saturday Night Live and earned rave reviews for his performance. You can watch video of his performance below.
