Cleveland Browns Adding Coordinators To Coaching Staff: Report
The team is expected to announced further hires to its restocked coaching staff this week.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns formally announced Freddie Kitchens as head coach of the team on Monday. The franchise is expected to announce two additional hires this week, as well.
Former Arizona Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks is expected to be named defensive coordinator for Cleveland; while Todd Monken will be named offensive coordinator, ESPN reports. Monken held the same role with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Many NFL pundits think Wilks got a raw deal in Arizona. After being hired to helm a rebuilding team, Wilks' Cardinals went 3-13. Wilks was then fired. It was his only season leading the Cardinals.

Prior to becoming a head coach, Wilks was the defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers.
Monken was a coach with the Buccaneers for three years, including his stint as offensive coordinator. This off-season, he interviewed for several head coaching vacancies, but will instead find himself again serving as an offensive coordinator.
