CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Cavaliers will pick No. 5 in the 2019 NBA Draft.

While the team will undoubtedly have their choice of top talents, the Cavs must be disappointed they won't have a chance to draft Duke phenom Zion Williamson. The team will also likely miss out Williamson's teammate RJ Barrett and Murray State point guard Ja Morant.

Cleveland came into the draft with the best chance at landing the No. 1 pick (tied with Phoenix and New York). Finishing the 2018-2019 season with the second worst record in the NBA ensured the Cavs of a top six pick.
