Cleveland Cop Arrested After He Was Found In Car With Teen
A longtime Cleveland patrolman was allegedly found, with a gun, in a car with a 15-year-old. He's been charged with two misdemeanors.

CLEVELAND — Longtime Cleveland Patrolman Mario Lozada was arrested Wednesday by Garfield Heights Police. He was allegedly found in a car with a 15-year-old girl.
Lozada has been placed on restricted duty until his criminal charges are resolved. The 55-year-old Lozada has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and improper handling of a firearm.
Garfield Heights Police arrested Lozada late on Wednesday night. He was placed on restricted duty on Thursday.

Lozada was reportedly stopped while driving an SUV through Garfield Heights. Officers allegedly found a gun in the backseat and a 15-year-old girl in the car. The girl told police that Lozada was dating her mother, but the girl's mom said she had never met Lozada, Fox 8 reported.
Mozada was first hired by Cleveland Police in 1992. He is currently assigned to the city's second district.
