CLEVELAND, OH — The Cleveland Indians American League Division Series opponent has been decided. The Tribe will play the New York Yankees on Thursday in Game 1 of the series. Tickets for the game sold-out long before the hometown team's opponent was decided.
The Yankees knocked off the Minnesota Twins, 8-4, in the AL Wild Card to advance to the ALDS. The Yankees rode the emergence of rookie Aaron Judge to a 91-71 record, good for second in the AL East, behind the 93-69 Boston Red Sox.

Player to watch: Aaron Judge turned in a massive performance in the AL Wild Card, going 2 for 4 with a home run and two RBIs. Seeing him do battle with the Tribe's rotation and bullpen will be fascinating.
Where to park: Cleveland Police are banning parking on some streets to try and improve traffic flow downtown Thursday night. The following streets will not allow parking:
- Carnegie Avenue from East 9th Street to East 14th Street (Both Sides)
- Prospect Avenue from Ontario Street to East 14th Street (Both sides)
- Huron Road from Ontario Street to West 6th Street (Both sides)
- Erie Court and Sumner Avenue (Both sides)
- East 9th Street from Euclid Avenue to Carnegie Avenue (Both sides)
- East 4th Street from Prospect Avenue to Huron Road (Both sides)
- East 2nd Street from High Street to Prospect Avenue (Both sides)
The city says "numerous" police officers will be detailed to both traffic flow and crowd control during the event.
