Cleveland Man Charged with Trying to Seduce 12-year-old

The man is also accused of attempting to film his sex acts with the girl.

CLEVELAND, OH - A Cleveland man was charged with enticement, sexual exploitation of a child and receiving visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, said Carole S. Rendon, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.

Kevin Wyrock, 49, used a cell phone to try and persuade a 12-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity. According to the indictment, this took place in October 2015.

The indictment also says that in that same month, Wyrock was attempting to coerce the 12-year-old into sexual activity for the purpose of creating a video or photograph of their sex acts. It is possible that Wyrock was going to try and then spread the video or photograph via the Internet.
