Cleveland Museum of Natural History Announces Chef Demonstrations

'Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture' offers a new view of cooking at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History with two demos in Dec.

From SPQR Public Relations: Grab your plate and pull up a chair for an exploration of all things food. The Cleveland Museum of Natural History’s new exhibit, Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture, explores the complex and intricate food system that brings what we eat from farm to fork. In sections devoted to growing, transporting, cooking, eating, tasting and celebrating, the exhibition illuminates the myriad ways that food is produced and moved throughout the world. Guests can prepare their own virtual meal, tour an ancient marketplace, peek into famous dining rooms from throughout history, play in the Step2 Children’s Kitchen and sample food during life chef demos in the Whole Foods Tasting Kitchen.
