Cleveland Orchestra Spectacular To Be Held August 7
The free concert will be held at Mall B in downtown Cleveland. The evening will feature food trucks, photo ops and more.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Orchestra has announced additional details for its free Star-Spangled Spectacular. The concert program will be held August 7 at Mall on St. Clair Avenue.
The music will start, rain or shine, at 9 p.m. Guest conductor Loras John Schissel will lead the orchestra through songs by John Philip Sousa, George Gershwin, Leroy Anderson and John Williams.
Before the music starts, attendees can take photos with star-spangled cut-out boards. There will also be performance from special guests from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., including the Cleveland Police Pipes & Drums.

For attendees looking to get a bite to eat, there will be a variety of food trucks surrounding Mall B, including Beckham's B&M Barbeque, 216 Bistro, Barrio Tacos, Chef Grey Wolf, East Coast Custard and Nom Nom Popcorn.
If there is a storm, the Star-Spangled Spectacular will be moved into the Cleveland Public Auditorium, near Mall B, at 500 Lakeside Avenue. Any location changes will be announced on the Cleveland Orchestra's social media accounts. Seating at the auditorium will be general admission.

For those that can't make the show in person, the Spectacular will be broadcast live on 90.3 WCPN, WCLV 104.9, on the Cleveland Orchestra's Facebook page and YouTube channel and on the Orchestra's website.
