Cleveland Parking Will Cost Nearly $100 During World Series Game 1 and Cavaliers' Home Opener
With the Sports-pocalypse upon us, a parking spot downtown will cost between $50 and $100.

CLEVELAND, OH - Planning on braving the insanity in downtown Cleveland on Oct. 25? Be prepared to pay major bucks to park your car. Reports are coming in that garages and lots in the city are charging as much as $100 for a spot.
With the Cleveland Indians back in the World Series for the first time since 1997, and looking for their first title since 1948, and the Cleveland Cavaliers playing the first game of their championship defense season, downtown is expected to be flooded with people.
Both games start within a half hour of each other, the Cavaliers tip-off at 7:30 p.m. and the Tribe's first pitch will be thrown at 8:08 p.m. One Cleveland business got a letter from the lot its employees use telling them that if they weren't out of the lot by 4 p.m. they would be charged $50. Now that seems like it could be a reasonable price to pay.
