Missing Man Found At Marymount Hospital
Charles Bailey had been missing since July 23. His family has received texts from his phone telling them Bailey was dead.

CLEVELAND, OH — Charles Bailey's family hasn't seen him since July 23. But the family is receiving text messages from the 43-year-old's cell phone, telling them that Bailey is dead. Now police are asking the public for help in locating the missing man.
Bailey was last seen on July 23 at about 8:30 a.m., near Clark Avenue and Fulton Road. He is a white man, standing about 5'8, and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police say Bailey is a known drug user. Since his disappearance on Sunday, his family has been receiving texts telling them Bailey is dead.

Police posted a message on their blog on Tuesday asking the public for help in locating Bailey. They described him as an endangered missing man.
Anyone with information regarding Bailey's whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or 216-621-1234.
